Liquidation Pallets — Wholesale Returns & Overstock Lots

Liquidation pallets are how major retailers move customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls and closeouts in bulk — and how resellers buy inventory far below wholesale. Liquidation Pallets sells these lots by the pallet, gaylord and truckload, with honest condition grading and manifests whenever available. Our Ontario section ships from Ontario to Canadian buyers, and our US section ships directly from the US to US clients, so every buyer gets the shipping section that fits their market.

Where liquidation pallets come from

Large retailers cannot resell most returned items as new. Returns, overstocks and end-of-season stock are consolidated into pallets by category or as mixed general merchandise, then sold into the liquidation market. We source lots from major retail programs — including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Home Depot and Costco loads when available — through Canadian liquidation suppliers. Our US-direct section sources lots held in the United States for US clients, so American buyers get domestic shipping on those lots.

Shop by retailer

Amazon pallets — general merchandise, electronics, home & kitchen, high-count and more. Walmart pallets — general merchandise, electronics, furniture and seasonal. Target pallets — general merchandise, apparel and home goods, often cleaner shelf pulls. Home Depot pallets — tools, hardware and home improvement. Costco pallets — general merchandise returns and overstock.

Liquidation pallets Canada: Ontario-shipped and US-direct

Liquidation pallets Canada buyers shop in two sections. Ontario-shipped lots are priced in Canadian dollars, with pickup or freight arranged per order for Canadian buyers. US-direct lots ship directly from the US to US clients, with no cross-border freight, brokerage or duties on those lots. Both sections carry the same honest condition grading and AS IS terms — only the shipping section changes. New to the market? What a pallet costs depends on

Retail value (MSRP) of the contents, the category (electronics carry higher value and higher risk), the condition grade, whether the lot is manifested, and the unit count. As a rule, returns lots trade at a fraction of their retail value — the work of sorting, testing and reselling is where the margin is made.

Conditions, explained

New Overstock — never sold; packaging may be shelf-worn. Like New — returned, appears unused and complete; untested unless stated. Customer Returns — mixed conditions; may be used, incomplete or non-working; untested unless stated. Salvage — damaged, for parts or repair; the lowest price tier.

Manifests

Where a manifest is available, the listing includes it — item names, quantities and retail values. A manifest is a guide based on the information supplied with the lot; contents can vary slightly. Lots without manifests are labelled Unmanifested and priced accordingly.

Wholesale liquidation pallets for sale

Wholesale liquidation pallets are sold by the pallet, gaylord or truckload, and liquidation pallets for sale in our Shop include returns, overstock and closeouts from major retailers. Single pallets suit new resellers testing a category, while truckloads suit volume buyers who can sort and move inventory quickly. Overstock pallets for sale and bulk pallets for sale tend to offer steadier margins, since new overstock and shelf pulls are cleaner than mixed returns. Payment options include Interac e-Transfer and PayPal, and freight is arranged per order after you email us your order number.

Who buys wholesale liquidation pallets?

Bin stores, discount and outlet stores, online resellers, auction and live sellers, flea-market vendors and exporters all buy wholesale liquidation pallets. The common thread is the ability to sort, test, bundle and move mixed inventory quickly. If you are starting out, a single manifested pallet is the safest first buy: you know the category mix and unit counts before you commit to a truckload.
