How It Works

Buying liquidation pallets is simple — here’s how it works at Liquidation Pallets. Learning how to buy liquidation pallets takes four steps: browse the lots, check the condition and manifest, buy at checkout or request a quote, and arrange pickup or freight.

how to buy liquidation pallets
How buying liquidation pallets works, step by step.
  1. Browse the lots — Check the Shop for available pallets. Every listing shows the source, category, condition and unit count where known, and a manifest whenever one is available. Amazon return pallets are the most popular starting point for new resellers, and liquidation pallets of every type are listed by the pallet, gaylord or truckload.
  2. Check the condition notes — Liquidation merchandise is sold AS IS. Read the condition (New Overstock, Like New, Customer Returns or Salvage) and the manifest before you buy. Untested means untested: unless a listing explicitly says items were tested, assume they were not.
  3. Buy online or request a quote — Single pallets can be bought right here at checkout. For truckloads and bulk orders, contact us for a quote. Payment options include Interac e-Transfer and PayPal, and all prices are in Canadian dollars.
  4. Pickup or freight — After your order, we contact you by email to arrange pickup or freight for your lot. Freight is quoted per order. Our Ontario section ships from Ontario to Canadian buyers, and our US section ships directly from the US to US clients, so every order travels from the section that fits your market.

How to buy liquidation pallets in Canada and the USA

When you buy liquidation pallets from us, you shop in one of two sections. Ontario-shipped lots are held in Ontario and go to Canadian buyers, with pickup or freight arranged per order and prices in Canadian dollars — this is how liquidation pallets canada buyers get the right shipping section.

US-direct lots are held in the United States and ship directly to US addresses, so American buyers get domestic shipping with no cross-border freight, brokerage or duties on those lots. Both sections carry wholesale liquidation pallets from major retailers, and every lot is listed with honest condition grading and a manifest whenever one is available.

What to check before you buy liquidation pallets

Anyone learning how to buy liquidation pallets should start with the condition grade and the manifest. New Overstock is unused, retail-ready stock; Like New is open-box or lightly handled; Customer Returns are mixed-condition returns that may include tested, untested, used or damaged units; Salvage is heavily used or parts-only stock priced accordingly.

A manifest is a guide, not a guarantee: counts, brands and item types can vary, and a manifested lot can still contain substitutions or missing units. We never promise a specific brand, model or item inside a mixed lot unless the listing states it, and we publish real photos of the actual lot or a representative lot of the same type. See how we grade every lot in our Quality Review process before your first order.

Payment, pickup and delivery

At checkout you can pay with Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or Chime. After ordering, email us your order number and we will confirm payment and arrange pickup or freight for your lot. Freight and deposits are non-refundable, and all lots are sold AS IS, all sales final — except one case: if we ship you the wrong lot entirely, email admin@shopliquidationpallets.com within 3 business days and we will make it right. Full terms are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

Who buys liquidation pallets this way

This four-step process suits bin stores, discount and outlet stores, online resellers, auction and live sellers, flea-market vendors and anyone testing a new category. If you are new to buying liquidation pallets, a single manifested pallet is the safest first buy: it lets you check condition, count and resale value before committing to a truckload. Volume buyers can scale up to regular truckloads once they know which categories move fastest for them.
