What to check before you buy liquidation pallets

Before you buy, check the source, category and condition on each listing, and read the manifest whenever one is available. Manifested pallets show unit counts and item types, so you can judge the lot before you pay. Unmanifested lots are sold on category and condition alone and suit buyers who can absorb more variance. Condition is graded New Overstock, Like New, Customer Returns or Salvage, and untested means untested: unless a listing explicitly says items were tested, assume they were not. A manifest is a guide, not a guarantee: counts, brands and item types can vary, and a manifested lot can still contain substitutions or missing units.

To buy liquidation pallets, pick your lot, check the condition notes and manifest, check out online, and email your order number to admin@shopliquidationpallets.com so we can confirm payment and arrange shipping or pickup. Payment options include Interac e-Transfer and PayPal, plus Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle and Chime. Freight is quoted per order based on distance and lot size, and freight and deposits are non-refundable. All lots are sold AS IS, all sales final, except one case: if we ship you the wrong lot entirely, email admin@shopliquidationpallets.com within 3 business days and we will make it right.
